Our facility features 6 to 8 dedicated washing bays equipped with fully automatic ID and OD cleaning machines. With water pressure capabilities ranging from 10K to 40K PSI, we deliver continuous, back to back cleaning with zero downtime. We maintain a proven track record of cleaning over 30 heat exchanger units per week across our US and Singapore locations.
Our custom built ultrasonic cleaning machine could be used for targets located in small, tight, or hard-to-reach areas. Our process achieves 95%+ ‘U Clean’ and ‘U New’ heat recovery levels while significantly minimizing risks to equipment integrity. This method is ideal for bundles, components, and both static and rotating parts.
Engineered specifically for water service bundles, our acid bath process serves as a high precision alternative to ultrasonic cleaning. It is designed to aggressively dissolve chloride based scaling and foulants, ensuring a deep clean while strictly preserving the material integrity of your specialized equipment.
